A cutting cake is an option to have a larger amount of portions for your wedding without affecting the aesthetics of your wedding cake.
The cutting cake will be iced and decorated to match the theme of your wedding cake, either with buttercream, fondant or ganache icing.
It will be boxed up and left for the caterers to cut separately to the wedding cake.

Madagascan vanilla sponge, filled with two layers of madagascan vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.
Lemon
Lemon sponge, filled with two layers of madagascan vanilla buttercream and lemon curd.
Chocolate
Chocolate sponge filled with two layers of chocolate buttercream
Chocolate Orange
Chocolate orange sponge filled with two layers of chocolate buttercream
Red Velvet
Deep red sponge filled with two layers of vanilla buttercream
