All of our orders are baked fresh. Celebration cakes will have a shelf life of 7-10 days once collected (if they last that long!) However we still recommend collecting your order as close to the celebration date as possible to avoid damages. Cakes also melt in temperatures higher that 23 degrees.

Of course! Just give them your order confirmation email or full order name.

Where can I park when collecting my order?

There is a very small car park to the rear of the shop (turn down Pudding Lane) we also suggest parking in the Cricketers pub pay and display or the Rainham Precinct. There are also plenty of residential streets with free parking surrounding the shop. (ME88BA)

Where shall I store the cake?

Cakes can either be refridgerated if temperatures are high or kept in a cool dry space.
