"I've seen a cake on google that I'd like you to recreate"

Unfortunately we stopped making bespoke cakes back in 2020. What is available on this website is all that can currently be ordered.

What days can I collect?

Currently we are open Friday 11am -7pm, Saturday 11am-6pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm at our Rainham High Street shop (ME8 8BA)

We are open Tuesday 10am - 4pm, Wednesday 10am - 6pm, Thursday 10am - 6pm & Friday 10am - 6pm from our Sittingbourne HQ.

Where can I collect from?

Collections are from our Rainham Kent store - 145 High Street, Rainham, Kent, ME88BA or our sittingboune HQ kitchen - Unit 18, precision 2 business park, Bingham road, sittingbourne Kent ME10 3TR

How long will a cake last?

All of our orders are baked fresh. Celebration cakes will have a shelf life of 7-10 days once collected (if they last that long!) However we still recommend collecting your order as close to the celebration date as possible to avoid damages. Cakes also melt in temperatures higher that 23 degrees.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Of course! Just give them your order confirmation email or full order name.

Where can I park when collecting my order?

There is a very small car park to the rear of the shop (turn down Pudding Lane) we also suggest parking in the Cricketers pub pay and display or the Rainham Precinct. There are also plenty of residential streets with free parking surrounding the shop. (ME88BA)

Where shall I store the cake?

Cakes can either be refridgerated if temperatures are high or kept in a cool dry space.

What items can be posted?

All of our brownies and treats can be posted. Cakes and cupcakes are collection only. On each product image there are banners to say whether they are collection only.
